Account data (email, password hash, role), age and identity verification reference (handled by our verification partner), payment data via processor, content metadata, usage and device information, and content uploaded by creators.
Why we collect it
To provide the service, verify age and identity as legally required, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations including §2257 record-keeping and CSAM reporting, and improve the product.
Sharing
We share data with payment processors, age- and identity-verification providers, hosting and content-delivery providers, and law enforcement where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA), you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data. Some retention is required for legal compliance and may limit deletion rights.
Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service and to satisfy legal obligations. Adult-content record-keeping may require retention periods set by statute.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security review. No system is perfectly secure.
